Squeezing a pimpleSqueezing pimples is one of those things that when you look in the mirror and see the zit on your face, your fingers go automatically to the spot and start squeezing the heck out of the pimple. It’s like the fingers suddenly get a life of their own, totally independent from your mind.
We all know how difficult is to NOT squeeze the pimple, so rather than doing it the wrong  way and end up with even more pimples, red dots, scars and what not on your face, let me give you a rundown of doing it the right way. Teen acneAcne is most common in teens. Almost every teenager experienced the dread of acne at one time or another. Acne in teens is called acne vulgaris, and its mild version is a normal condition of puberty and teen years.

The way acne vulgaris works is that it appears on the face (most common place), on the neck, shoulders, the upper back and on the chest. It consists of blackheads or whiteheads, which are noninflamatory or mildly inflammatory lesions. The more severe version of it is nodular or cystic acne.
