Acne treatment 30 days challengeIf you want to get rid of acne, you need to treat your face naturally, without the use of chemical and other non-natural ingredients. Why? Because nature is given to us for a reason. Nature existed before humankind, whereas chemicals have been created by people. Which one do you think is more worth using?

Here is a challenge for anyone to follow for 30 days and see the results. Give it just 30 days, no more, no less. But don’t quite beforehand, else you will always ask yourself ‘what if’.

1. Eliminate alcohol, coffee and nicotine from your system. Stop using them for 30 days.
2. Eliminate processed sugar from your system. Some examples of processed sugar containing “food” are: nutra sweet, cane juice, corn syrup, brown sugar, splenda, powdered sugar. You get the idea
3. Drink 8 glasses of water every day.
4. Eat plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables and salads. Eat at least a little of these every single day
5. Wash your face twice a day using gentle soaps. Don’t use any bought creams, lotions or other chemicals on your face, but gentle soaps (Dove for example, or natural olive soaps)
6. Drink every day one cup (or glass) or herbal tea
7. If there is one thing you will put on your face during these 30 days, let it be the tomato pulp treatment. It’s free and it usually brings about great results.
