As I said in my previous post, everybody gets acne at times, regardless of their skin color.
However when you have black skin, you might come across a secondary skin condition called hyperpigmentation, which means darker patches on the skin’s surface.

This is why people with dark skin find usually acne treatment to be particularly difficult, even though in most cases the acne treatment in black and white people is usually the same. The part where the skin has an inflammation because of the acne, is in danger of this excess darkening, and the cause of the dark pots.

One of the things dermatologists warn against is trying to use at home attempts to repair skin using microdermabrasion or chemical peels. This is because if they are done incorrectly, they can cause real damage to the skin.

You need to protect yourself from the sunlight as much as possible, by wearing hats, using suncreams. This is maybe the very first step that you can do proactively to keep yourself free of acne.

There are some things though that can be done to treat acne naturally when you have black skin. One of the recommended products is Clearpores, which is all natural, does not contain any harmful chemicals and is truly safe. I reviewed of Clearpores in relation to acne treatment in black people here.
